  It is acknowledged that one of the factors deciding the work efficiency is the cooperation among the colleagues.Different individuals would choose their workmates with different or same thinking and working methods as themselves for the higher efficiency.From my perspective,I deem that working with people who have totally different thinking and working methods is a less effective way to accomplish the shared working task.
 
  To begin with,the primary reason why the efficiency of working with those who have totally different ways of thinking will decrease is that people have to waste much time explaining their thoughts and analysis concerning the issue for the better understanding.Due to the totally different thinking methods,it is a must for a person to explain how he analyzes and copes with a problem to another,the process of which unnecessarily consumes much time,and this is detrimental for the working efficiency.By contrast,this kind of phenomenon is unlikely to happen among colleagues who have shared thinking ways because the angles and steps of dealing with an issue they adopt are similar so the time on much explanation can be saved.
 
  Additionally,conflicts and misunderstanding are easily caused among people who have the different working methods when they work together.To be detailed,people who have customary working methods are not prone to get used to other ones that are totally different from theirs and much time will be devoted into adjusting themselves to the working methods of others,in the process of which they tend to get annoyed,misunderstand and quarrel.For example,the sequence of processing the work,the best time of working or even the ways of arranging documents can easily trigger the collisions and conflicts among people working together if they have totally different working methods.Therefore,it is surveyed that people are more willing to work with those who have similar working method because the time of adjusting can be saved for the better accomplishment of work.
 
  On the contrary,cooperating with people who have similar thinking and working methods means that the efficiency of completing the task can be improved because much less time are allocated into discussion and conflict.Specifically,people who share the similar thinking and working methods have the nearly same way to analyze,handle and solve an issue so that they can understand each other better.There is no need for them to waste much time expressing and explaining their thoughts or feelings,which is beneficial for accomplishing the work task efficiently.For example,Marie Curie,the winner of Nobel Chemical Prize,worked together with her husband who had the similar thinking and working methods because they had been married for decades to experiment the elements and find the new chemical radium in a few years,which was not achieved by other research groups in a longer time.
 
  In summary,it is a more effective way to work with people who have similar thinking and working methods in achieving the goal due to the decrease of conflicts and discussion and the enhancement of communication and coordination.
